Sonata in G minor – for Oboe and Piano

One of Telemann’s duties was to supply music for civic functions. He published three sets of Tafelmusik, known under the French title Musique de Table, and in English as Banqueting Music. Sonata in G minor is the solo sonata from Tafelmusik III and is considered so much more than its origins suggest.
