The SAXXAS Ligature is an outstanding accessory: rubber cushions placed against the reed on the bottom adjust themselves to the non-constant shape of the reed, making a SUPERB resonance transmission to the mouthpiece. The rubber cushions can be easily placed in many different positions, each resulting in different sound color, projection, and response.

Description
The SAXXAS blade screw has Rubber buffer mounted pressure pins that allow the blade to swing freely and improve response.
The pins can be placed freely in number and arrangement.
The resonance of the mouthpiece and reed is hardly dampened.
The result is a free and full sound.
The scope of delivery includes a wing strap for tightening

Finishes
The polished gold and silver finishes are now discontinued. We have limited silver in stock but there will be no more. These have been replaced with the beautiful matte finish gold and silver options.
