All Powell Sonaré Flutes and Piccolos include headjoints that are handcrafted, hand cut, and hand finished at the Powell Workshop, as well as bodies that are handcrafted using the same technology used to produce our professional drawn tone hole flutes in gold and silver.

The Powell Sonaré 501 Model is the beginning of your obsession with the Powell Sound. This flute is the first in our Sonaré range and features a Nickel Silver, Silver Plated Body and Mechanism. Available with Offset G Key, Split-E Mechanism and B foot joint.
Its hand-cut Sterling Silver Signature II headjoint with 9K Aurumite lip plate gives this instrument the renowned colors and dynamics associated with a handmade Powell Flute.
