Andante and Allegro – Clarinet and Piano

Lefebvre “Andante and Allegro” was composed for oboe and piano. Lucien Cailliet’s masterful adaptation of this work for clarinet and piano has added one of the most popular pieces to the repertoire for clarinet. This 1998 revised edition is the first appearance of the work in which Cailliet’s revised solo part is published with the piano accompaniment. A band accompaniment is also available from the publisher, as are solo versions for oboe and alto saxophone.
